RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
At COH Sales, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange process. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the item back to us, and we will issue a refund or exchange once we receive the item.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item is not in its original condition or if it has been damaged or altered in any way.
